钢弹簧与空气弹簧的优缺点Air spring and steel spring 

Here some advances and disadvances:优缺点： 
steel springs general:一般钢弹簧： 
1. If the CMM column drive or you have other load changings the steel spring have different 
deformations -- so the foundation has not an repeatable level 
当CMM测量臂运动或者有载荷变化时，钢弹簧会有不同的变形，平台（基础）将不能保证水平。 
If you have a stop impulse of Column the foundation swings long and may be there are 
influence by measuring. 
当冲击停止，平台（基础）会长时间摇摆，这会影响测量。 
Further mostly hydaulical dampers must be additional installed because a steel spring has no 
dampening. These dampers has over long times big leakages!!!! 
因为钢弹簧没有阻尼效果，所以要加装阻尼器。即使加了阻尼，系统仍然有缺陷。 
BiAir Membrane air-springs are insulator and damper together ( the damping will realized by air friction). 
BiAir薄膜空气弹簧不仅是隔振器还是阻尼器（阻尼由空气摩擦实现） 
The level regulation systems will bring the foundation in a repeatable level equal wich load chnagings. 
当载荷发生变化时，水平控制系统能自动保持平台（基础）水平。 
2. Steel springs let body noise over 40 Hz through (means high passes), so may accoustical infuences on measuring accuracy 
钢弹簧控制结构噪声高于40Hz（高通），因此精确的测量将会受到影响。 
BiAir Membrane air-springs excellently insulate body noise. 
BiAir薄膜空气弹簧能完美的隔离结构噪声。 
3. Much adjusting work by building under the foundation 
使用钢弹簧，在制作（基础）平台时有很多复杂的配套安装，这会带来更多人/财/物的花费，以及不确定因素。 
BiAir Membrane air-springs only need to pre-adjust with steel sheets. The fine adjustement will be done by the level regulation system (Air gap of spring) 
BiAir薄膜空气弹簧与钢支撑调节后，水平控制系统会自动调节水平。 
In Europe would no car company accept steel spring more, because the risc that the measuring machine will not be in specification!!! 
在欧洲不再有任何汽车企业接受钢弹簧隔振，因为钢弹簧不能满足测量机的精度要求。
